Metrological Reliability Systems
Gero has its headquarters in Cerquilho, São Paulo countryside, about 140 km from the capital. Since January 2019, Gero has been part of the Trescal group, a worldwide specialist in calibration services. Trescal is present in 22 countries with a network of over 138 accredited laboratories around the world. In Brazil, besides São Paulo, it is in the states of Espirito Santo, Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Sul, Paraná, Minas Gerais, Bahia and Pernambuco, which enables the service throughout the national territory. Trescal's laboratories in Brazil are ISO / IEC 17025: 2005 accredited and offer RBC calibration and a range of one-stop-shop services to optimize industrial performance.
We have modern facilities, built to international standards (AS / NZS 2982.1: 1997 - Laboratory design and construction - General requirements), featuring an auditorium with audio visual resources, training room, INMETRO accredited laboratory in the areas:

Gero offers unique solutions in Total Metrology Reliability System Management, supporting and supporting our Customers to maintain focus and efforts on their core and core activities. Our management services are fully adjustable to the needs of our customers and include the following services:
Gero performs Calibration services in state-of-the-art laboratories, where environmental conditions are permanently controlled, including temperature, humidity, dust, vibration and external interference.
Gero offers tailor-made training to train metrology technicians in the much needed expertise and care with Measuring and Monitoring Devices.
Availability of all statistical indicators provided for in the MSA (Measurement Systems Analysis Reference Manual published by the IQA), by providing experts to coordinate the work and software or spreadsheet for analysis of the indicators.
We are one of the few laboratories accredited by INMETRO to measure various parts generating a dimensional report with the RBC seal. This report can be used in the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).
